AGENDA及Wunderman 北京急聘: ACD / Online Strategy Planner/Senior Planner/
Lead Planner/ Web Analytics Manager /Account Manager (for Nokia Team or
MSFT Team or Dove Team)

职位一: 副创意总监ACD
此人:
擅长网络广告、行销方面创意, 具有设计背景, 且在广告行业中施展过拳脚, 在大宗的提案中重生过, 不见得具有多多的广告武林秘笈,
但需要一点点带领弟兄成长的宝典, 需要一些些舐血而获的提案技巧, 需要一套套说服客户的创意理念, 需要一页页曾经的网络创意作品。仅此而已。
工作职责:
1、帮助客户用创意设计的角度来实现网络上视觉的传达;
2、为客户提供网站及网络广告的美术创意, 并与公司内部配合提供策略进行提案;
3、管理部门员工, 协调、配合、保证项目的进度并有效达成任务;
4、帮助员工实现设计水平的提高, 以及引导员工达成职业化的成熟;
5、对公司总经理及自身的事业负责。
任职资格:
1、熟悉网站设计、熟悉站点结构、用户界面的设计, 熟悉网络推广设计及优秀的美术实现功底。
2、有高效的提案技巧和经验, 并能进行大型项目美术创意方面的提案及说明。
3、对创意、设计充満激情, 有崭新的创意策略及想法。
4、五年以上相关工作经验和丰富的大型国际企业的相关服务经验(面试时须此方面作品)
5、出色的客户沟通能力及市场营销意识理念。
6、懂策略、富创意, 有恒心、责任心, 对工作积极热情, 较强的周边协调能力、配合能力及团队管理能力。
7、有在网络咨询顾问公司、网络互动广告公司、广告公司等相关行业从业经历中优先考虑。
职位二: Online Strategy Planner/ Senior Planner/Lead Planner
Job Description:
- Identify, understand and constant review the online business/marketing trends, user behaviors, consumer insights
- Analyze insights, trends, competitive landscape and client objectives for online strategic plan development
- Coordinate with both account servicing and creative team in making presentation to client.
- Strategic review, plan and consultancy
- Creative idea generation
Job Requirement:
- 2+ years advertising / PR / marketing experience in FMCG/ retail industry in China for planner, 5+ years for Senior planner
- Insightful and interested in online consumer behaviour and trend
- Clear logical thinking with strong local knowledge
- Strong communication skills to present and sell ideas both internally and externally (For senior planner is a MUST)
- Curious, creative, committed
- Fluent Chinese and English, both verbal and written
- It would be a plus to have solid e-commerce or social media experiences
职位三: Web Analytics Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Report to the Team Lead of Wunderman Team Nokia China & Senior IT & A&O Manager
- Set up tracking to measure online campaign and media performance
- Gather, consolidate and manage data from various sources
- Analyze findings into actionable recommendations for both internal team and clients
- Website and on-line shop Analytics and Optimization
Requirements:
- Certificate in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Good understanding of Internet infrastructure and technologies such as Domain Names, Browser Cookies and Website
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience with Web Analytics tool such as Omniture or Double Click is a definite advantage
- Basic knowledge on HTML and JavaScript is a definite advantage
- Previous experience with Microsoft SQL Server and OLAP tools is a definite advantage
职位四: Account Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand customers’ requirements in functional as well as business
aspects in order to support interactive strategy development.
- Maintain relationships with key individuals (project owners) at middle management levels of client organization
- Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing as well as critical path.
- Manage CRM/Interactive strategy development with consulting team
- Lead the creation and development of creative briefs.
- Sound understanding and tracking of client/category competitive environment.
Project Management
- Generate proposals and strong powerpoint skills presentations.
Lead proposal generation and development of new ideas for the client.
- Manage existing projects & or new opportunities within a customer’s organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/ Experience: BA from an accredited school.
- Bilingual ( able to work in global environment)
- Minimum of 4-6 years of direct or interactive account management
and/or management level marketing, a minimum of 2 year of which has
been in an agency environment;
- Experience developing relationship marketing programs for technology clients
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Strong account management, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Passion and desire to learn and try new things
- Strong attention to details and process
- Must have sound financial management skills
